The Stephen Boothe House stands near the main entrance to the park. Built in the Queen Anne style for Stephen, it allowed him to live apart from David, who remained in the Homestead with his wife. The house was furnished in a grand style, including exotic furniture and objects connected to Stephen’s travels. The brothers also shared a love of pool and accumulated multiple pool tables over time. Later, the house was used by caretakers, adding another chapter to its park history.
